Invite Learners

Add learners to your courses individually or in bulk.

Option 1: Email Invitation

Best for small groups or individual invites.

  1. Go to your course → Learners tab
  2. Click Invite Learners
  3. Enter email addresses (one per line or comma-separated)
  4. Optionally add a personal message
  5. Click Send Invitations

Learners receive an email with a link to create their account and enroll.

Best for open enrollment or embedding on your website.

  1. Go to your course → SettingsEnrollment
  2. Copy the Enrollment Link
  3. Share via email, your website, or internal tools
  4. Anyone with the link can self-enroll

Pro tip: Enable "Require approval" if you want to review enrollments before granting access.

Option 3: Bulk Import (CSV)

Best for adding many learners at once.

  1. Go to Learners (main navigation)
  2. Click Import Learners
  3. Download the CSV template
  4. Fill in learner details:
    email,first_name,last_name,course_id
    john@example.com,John,Smith,course_abc123
    jane@example.com,Jane,Doe,course_abc123
    
  5. Upload your completed CSV
  6. Review the import preview
  7. Click Import

Learners receive welcome emails with login instructions.

Learner Experience

After receiving an invitation, learners:

  1. Click the link in their email
  2. Create a password (or sign in if they have an account)
  3. Land on the course dashboard
  4. Begin learning

Managing Enrollments

View Enrolled Learners

Go to Course → Learners to see everyone enrolled in a course.

Remove a Learner

  1. Find the learner in the list
  2. Click the menu → Remove from Course
  3. Confirm removal

Their progress is retained in case you re-enroll them later.

Resend Invitation

If a learner didn't receive their invite:

  1. Find them in Course → Learners
  2. Click menu → Resend Invitation
