Set Up Your Account

After signing up, follow these steps to configure your organization.

Step 1: Complete Your Profile

1. Go to Settings → Profile
2. Add your name and profile photo
3. Set your timezone (affects scheduled notifications)
4. Click Save Changes

Step 2: Configure Your Organization

1. Go to Settings → Organization
2. Enter your organization name
3. Upload your company logo (recommended: 200x200px PNG)
4. Set your primary brand color
5. Click Save

Step 3: Set Up Your Domain (Optional)

Use your own domain for a fully branded experience (e.g., training.yourcompany.com).

1. Go to Settings → Branding → Custom Domain
2. Enter your desired subdomain
3. Add the CNAME record to your DNS provider:

   Type: CNAME
   Name: training (or your choice)
   Value: custom.unicourse.io
   

4. Click Verify Domain
5. Allow up to 24 hours for DNS propagation

Step 4: Invite Team Members

Add admins or instructors who will help manage courses.

1. Go to Settings → Team
2. Click Invite Member
3. Enter their email address
4. Select their role:
   • Admin — Full access to all settings
   • Instructor — Create/edit courses, view analytics
   • Support — View learners and progress (read-only)
5. Click Send Invite
